Hi all
my mother in law made this simple bhindi bhaji and it came out good so I told her that I will post it for everyone to see...........
Ingr:
2 cups chopped bhindi
1/4 tsp hing
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp oil
4 small green chillies
1 medium onion chopped
salt to taste
1/4 tsp sugar
1 tsp coriander-cumin pd
method:
Heat oil. Then add onion and salt,sugar and green chillies.Saute for 5 mins.
then add bhindi(okra) and saute and steam cook for 10 mins.do not add water.After it is cooked ,saute once more and add 1 kokam(optional)
eat hot with rotis.enjoy
This is a very simple and quick sabji
