2-3 medium potatoes
1/2 tsp chilli pd
1 tsp coriander-cumin pd
1/2 tsp haldi
salt to taste
rice flour for dipping
oil for shallow frying

Peel and Cut the potatoes into 1/2 inch slices. wash and pat dry and apply the masalas.
keep aside.
heat oil in a non stick pan and dip each wedge in dry rice flour and brush off excess flour and arrange in the pan.Shallow fry on both sides till crisp and cooked.
Serve hot with Dal and rice.
This is my son's favourite dish. enjoy!!!!!!!!!

please make things which are SEMI HOME MADE i.e part ingredients purchased and part at home to make the dish fast and tasty.
