I made this chivda for Diwali this year and as always its very crunchy and yummy. My son loves it too as he feels he is eating cereal. It very easy to makes and the ingredients used are usually always at home. The recipe will follow soon........

2 tsp roasted sesame seeds
1/4 cup golden raisins
salt to taste
2 tsp sugar
10-12 curry leaves
2-3 green chillies cut into half
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp hing

Heat 3 tbsp of oil.Add mustard seeds and hing and when they splutter add the curry leaves,corainder-cumin pd and chillies. Then add the roasted peanuts, cashews and sesame seeds. Then add cornflakes, raisins, sugar and salt.Toss well till the cornflakes are well covered with the mixture.
You can add red chilli pd instead of green chillies for a different taste.
Enjoy this crunchy delight!!!!!
