Cauliflower with bell peppers

The last few times whenever I have invited friends for dinner, I made a vegetable taught to me by a friend of mine.It really tasted good and has always been a hit with my other friends.

the recipe is as follows....

1 cauliflower cut thinly into florets

1 small red bell pepper sliced

1 small yellow bell pepper sliced
1 small green pepper sliced

1 medium sliced onion

1 or 2 tsp kasuri methi leaves

1 tbsp green masala(paste of ginger, garlic, coriander, green chilli)

1 tsp garam masala

1 tsp corainder cumin pd

salt to taste

1/2 tsp turmeric pd

1/4 tsp hing

1/2 tsp cumin seeds

canola oil as needed

Method:

Heat oil in a large pan and fry all veggies(except onions) separately till light brown but crispy.Remove the veggies from the pan and keep them on a paper napkin so that the extra oil is drained out.

To the remaining oil add hing and cumin seeds and green paste.Add the sliced onions and saute till light brown.Add the other spices and put the veggies back in the pan.Saute everything on a medium high flame and at the very end when the veggies are cooked well sprinkle with the kasuri methi leaves and mix well.

you can garnish with coriander leaves if needed

serve hot with rotis
